Cataldo’s on the Green

Flair Studio was appointed to design a Delicatessen store which is also a Cafetteria and a Bistro, with indoor and outdoor seating, including kitchen and facilities at the rear for an Italian family with a long tradition in food and beverage in the local area of Upper Green, near Volverhampton.

The site is in a conservation area and the former usage was retail but we managed to redesign the facade, to add a rear entrance as both mean of escape and for deliveries and to plan for the new professional kitchen.
